Do mighty bow jewel can drop silver melding and MR quests? Or only HR?

I heard some jewels only drops from HR so I wanted to know thank you!

from what I know, it is possible for Mighty Bow to drop from MR quests. However, you should do HR missions for a higher chance of it dropping, since MR quests also have tier 4 jewels in the drop pool. As for Silver melding, not too sure, but wouldn't hurt melding them anyway, cuz you will most likely get the jewels you don't have.

I got one from "the greatest jagras" & on my 2nd char I am fairly sure it came from guild alchemy at the melder.
