free meal 3 is broken pls nerf

seriously, ok actually I want to express my gratitude for the existence of this skill, last night I tried to help my brother and his squad to clear that silversol and goldluna together quest, at first I was like, you guys can kite him around while I fk his mate (after silversol arrived, out of 3 tries we couldn't manage to kill goldluna under 10 mins because she keeps on running around chasing my teammates), and it always ended up in 3 (or 4) faints failure. they have decent gear and skillsets but that's it, constantly getting carried in SOS makes them lazy to learn monster's moves. so in desperation, I tell them to do damage instead and I'll be the healer, and ngl I have NEVER in the entire franchise ever consider being the healer as a supporting role for the team, but dang, no joke, 25 mins fight, not a single faint, cost me about 4 firstaidmed+, 7 antidotes, 15 mega potions, 2 great sushifish scales, 0 mega demondrug and armorskin, 3 demon seeds and 2 armor seeds, 0 rations, and 3 flashpods (no, I've never gone back to camp to restock the items). I'm in the corner, guzzling the drinks like crazy while doing little to no damage at all, the only significant damage I've dealt is maybe that one SAED on silversol on like 3 minutes before the quest ends.

so I'm awake now, goodbye master's touch

ps : oh, and I also got 2 tracking whiz in the hunter highlights screen

Have to use 3 parts of tigrex armor though, which just isn't worth it for pretty much anything.

exactly, i can tolerate since brute gears provide attack boost skills and a good number of deco slots, and i plan to use the set with master's touch after safi siege, maybe i'll stick to this secret skill for a while, at least until i need my dps back

Free Meal 1 was always good enough for me. Even less important now you can trade Steam tickets for Mega Demondrug / Armourskin and Dash Juices. Guess Free Meal 3 is fun with Sushifish scales+, though.

The armour sucks too much to use three pieces of it properly. I need slots! Lots and lots of slots!

But it's good not to be a slave to the meta. If you wanna use that set bonus, go for it! Makes a change from Masters Touch, True Critical Element and Divine Blessing Secret

Don't nerf what isn't busted. More healing is fine, getting hit more means more chances for carts and longer times. You can already go back to camp to get more healing, nothing wrong with free meal.

Yeah, massive. Free Meal Secret is 75% chance of not consuming an item when used.
That and Speed Eating max level is pretty insane for a support / comfy build.

it is good when you play support. else you don't even need many potions when you play with health regen augs, kek. even in tempered hunts i sometimes don't need to pot at all cause i just heal back using my heatlh+affiniry aug. insect glaives.

Free meal only good if/when able to work together with wide range and sns.

else you can use the deco slots for other better skills
