Not too rare though, I got 8. Lots from silver tickets for sure.

Silver ticket.. farm points with event quests like flora frostbite, then meld using bones ( soul stream). Farm the GL to get fuel and use the steamworks to get silver ticket then meld using guild alchemy. Farm my name is Lavasioth in HR.
