how too unlock "your room" (which lvl i need or which quest)?

You access that part later in the game and it is the upgraded personal room. However, you can't walk around that area the Palico is blocking; only loads in and out of your upgraded personal room.

I believe it unlocks after you "fight" Zorah Magdalos the first time.

no i was talking about the first own room...was just running to the wrong entry which is restriced...after entry the correct room i unlocked private room and directly the luxus room lol
