One account, two PCs?

So i have a PC and a laptop. I was surprised that the save data i have on my PC isn't automatically transferred to my laptop. Is there anything i can do to avoid having to start over on my laptop from the beginning?

I'm not sure what you mean. My progress transfered instantaneously. Do you have steam cloud enabled?

Same here, my friend used my account to see if the game would run on his computer and I still have his test character laying around on my PC, saves should transfer automatically, check your steam cloud settings.

Hmm I'm not sure. The settings on my laptop is on, but maybe not on my PC. I'll check again later

It worked! Turns out my cloud settings on the PC wasn't on. Thanks for your help guys!


Make sure the cloud settings on both of your PCs are turned on (Steam>Settings>Cloud). Launch the game on the PC you want to DOWNLOAD the save file, and steam will ask you wether you want to download or upload your save file to your current PC. Choose download, and you should be good to go. Hope this also helps you too.
