How to Create in-game Squad (PC)?

I see some article mentioned that MHW can create a in-game squad that can hold up member up to 50members.

Also, during the closed Beta, i see people mentioned on article it using Steam Group as the In Game Squad.

I wanna create one, I talk to every NPC in Gathering Hub but non of them have the option to create a Squad.

Anyone know how to do so?

PC uses steam groups unfortunately. Squads are console only for now.

How it work? Do you any Source (article) for me to refer to?

well if your in a steam group, go up to your gathering hall. you'll notice the icon for the group pops up near your name.

and in the playerlist.

Is that all? There no other functionality like, it help you to search/join your Friend's session Easily?

The social part of the game is very clunky and doesn't help to create a community
