I think you have to go to your "Room" and then talk to your housekeeper.

uhhhhh i think go to the cat in your room, otherwise it might have already been claimed

some of those are claimed with the daily rewards, and are easy to miss if you just spam through it

i remember on PS4 i thought i had missed a freebie, but it turns out i just didn't see the items in the daily bonus

I'm wondering the same, I get the same notification but I already have everything claimed that the cat offers, btw, what's included in the steam release item pack?
