Even if the game runs at 60 fps most of time time like for me i still don't like it, as i've said it's a personal preference. And not just in this game i disable it in all games where there is an option for it. I just don't like how it makes things look.
Use FXAA.
@OP, as you may have gathered by now, there's no way to do it yet. There's rumours the mod community os working on it though
grossly overdone motion blur can make it look like you drank a 5th of whisky and then ran around spinning to make yourself puke. hence why many people either hate it or it can make them feel ill.
To get rid of the "Bloom" Turn off the Volumetric Rendering.
All of Capcom's other games have the option though.
Funny you mention Square Enix, they released Nier Automata with major problems for a lot of people, you know how many PC patches they made?
0, they didn't even fix the most glaring bugs at all.
