Need help with Tobi-Kadachi!

he's fast, but he doesn't hit too hard with most of his attacks. when he jumps in the air and glides down for a sec, then does an attack with his tail, it does hurt quite a bit, same for when he jumps into the trees, but both of those moves are very telegraphed. what kind of gear are you using?

Some helpful tips:

-Stock up on Nullberries, they can remove the lightning debuff.
-Make sure you have a full set of Mega potions.
-Keep an eye on him, he has some powerful but blatantly telegraphed attacks.
-Beware standing behind him, the tail hurts a lot.
-Upgrade your armor and weapons.

Some friends said he was really hard but personally I had no issues, your next target is gonna be the one that wrecks you (most likely)

Stay at a range after a two or three hits, his tail spinning is very annoying while tail slam is so lethal that sometimes I get one shot from it

As with tips.

Wear armor with lightning resist.
Have your cat have the flashbug (it'll save you alot in a pinch).
If you explore the zone you can also get cats in the region to join you in subsequent playthroughs.

Any fast weapons will save you alot more than anything. If you have a ranged weapon when the enemy attaches to a wall use the bow/any projectile to knock him off..

I had a hard time, then I crafted the Barroth armor and the Water damage weapon, easy to make and requires stuff you'll get off the bosses just before him. Makes him do a lot less damage and you do a lot more. Other than that, just be agile because he's a fast one and he'll try to combo you.

Dont forget to give your cat barroth armor and the water sword, too.

Water weapons from Jyuratodas and Barroth armor can help resist those attacks and lay the hurt on Tobi. Aim for the head and tail when you can and mind the tells it gives when and how it’s about to attack.

If you are not liking the area you’re fighting him in you can always dung bomb him to make him move if he is leaping off trees too much.

Take your time if you need to and he’ll go down. If you need to, you can always call for help with SOS.

Play defensively and wear him down till he loses his eletricity. He becomes beta af after that.
