Very fast Elder Dragon tracks for storyline mission

Hello there. Just trying to help people out with their storyline missions to finish faster. There are 3 objectives near the end where you need to "Investigate Ancient Forest/Wildspire Waste/Rotten Vale for tracks" and while you can just do normal missions involving these maps, I think these ways are faster for getting them done. These may be known already or on YouTube but just posting here incase anyone is interested.

Investigate Ancient Forest : Go to Ancient Forest Camp (17), head to the Rathalos nest and there will be 2 "Old Windswept Gashes" and 2 Footprints a little down the slide. Also at the Northeast Camp (11), to the left of the supply box and into that circle area with the Gajalaka's there may be another 2 Gashes and 2 more Footprints a little farther out near the Wiggly Litchi bug.

Investigate Wildspire Waste : Around the Central Camp 4 Footprints can spawn, also at the Northwest Camp right below in the area with flashbugs and pillars some Seared Fur and Footprints can spawn. Also directly above that area with the dunes, more Seared Fur/Footprints may spawn here as well.

Investigate Rotten Vale : Go to Central Camp, jump down the 2 cliffs and you should immediately find some Rotten Flesh/Footprints. Take a right into the Blue Pool areas to find even more of the same.

I think they spawn in turns, meaning in one instance you will have gashes in the Ancient Forest camp, and another run they may spawn near the Northeast camp instead. I think its one or the other with these except the Rotten Vale ones. I would just pick up these tracks, then teleport back to Astera and reset the area to quickly finish the progress bar.
