since there is so many stuff they had to learn on High rank while they had chance to learn most of that stuff on Low rank
farming sets never been waste of time on MH
unless they intended to use ughh those builds and how to kill video
By the time I hit High Rank, the HR versios of most of the monsters were easier for me because I was used to their move sets.
But also taking my time helped with not getting burnt out too fast. My friends who rushed to HR, all of them quit the game because they just grinded TEDs (before any of the DLCs came out).
Yeah, if you're a MH pro, rush through Low Rank -- this is what I did on my PC play -- but if you're a newbie, just take your time.
Learning how to farm and craft stuff at Low Rank is super easy and that experience will help you prepare of the harder encounters in High Rank. There isn't any DLC yet so why rush.

That's a fantastic idea!
