It says there is a Steam release item pack that can be claimed, but I don't think I did, where do I get it from and what is in it?

There's two free hairs and gesture pack in the DLC area, is that what you are referring to?

That is probably it, its just strange that it comes up as something you could maybe get ingame?

The steam release item pack is something you will recieve with your first login bonus after you complete the the first 1 star quest. It's just a bunch of free potions and rations to ease the early game grind though. Nothing unique or special. When you return the hub after completing the mission there will be a prompt on the lower right of the screen saying daily login bonus or something to that effect, press spacebar to claim.
