ERR12 graphic device crashed

Hi!, I have a strange problem that when i play MHW in the dungeon and suddenly err12 graphic device crashed.. what is happening?? and please i need help to get rid this crash :'(
thank you and I really hope someone to tell me how to fix it.. :)

The offical thing says to update your graphics card driver but mine is up to date and I also get that message. Constantly and seemingly randomly.

Same, had one random crash so far. Dunno why.

I crashed 5 times in a row... then updated my driver and it worked

Me too with 1080 gtx ti 11gb just fix with framerate limit = 60 because gpu = 80 °c

Yea mines updated too and i even rolled it back a lot but still bad. I've read in other places its like a GPU thing but i tried a few things and cant fix it still so idk

for my 1080ti , change the driver back to 398.36 seemingly solve the crash problem, haven't had any crash for 3 hours play, I beat the level 3 monster.

i kept crashing during the tutorial and like you cant skip the fricking cutscenes so that was awful, perservering got me through but now its been crashing on the menu too

Same Problem here...
In any resolution or graphic preset, GTX1050ti 4GB VRAM, I7-8700 3,20 GHZ 12 CPUs, 8 GB RAM
I tried to reinstall the latest NVIDIA Update but it still doesnt work. And I tried to start it as administrator, but NOTHING worked. I pray that there will be a fix to this problem soon...

Sounds like using the 398.36 driver is helping for a lot of people.

Im using AMD after updating it game works smooth to me
