What the hell? Currently your game can not be re-validated successfully, please wait 24 hours and try again. Played only 100 minutes, the settings never changed ..... at all. Did you change your bios settings, or anything hardware related. If so this will change the hardware key associated with your game, it requires 24 hours to provide a new key to you as a way to prevent the games files from being copy-pasted to another system and played.

Though with that you can recover a key but usually it won't work and you'll be stuck with free version or have to buy the OS again.

what the hell? I've done major hardware upgrades plenty of times and have never had that issue. (MOBO and Intel replacing a AMD & MOBO being the biggest)

I've done it many times as well, and more times than not the key is lost in the transfer, even with a basic mobo swap. Using the registry to recover the key actually generates a fake key that wasn't the same as my paper version. So when I attempted to use that one MS wouldn't re-activate the system. I had to dig for my W10 box I bought on release. It's a pretty common problem sadly.

When i ran the game, occasionally the steam client bootstrapper appeared and ate almost 30% of my cpu resource for no apparent reason

No its not cracked, russian people are using greenluma reborn emulation to unlock dlc for free and play coop in family share with legit own game.

So basic the dont need pay for thoes and safe money, cybercrime.
