He has his aoe breath attack, and the obvious tail/body swipe in which he'll swing in a 360 manner.
Once you learn his attack patterns, he becomes easy, and is one of the key monsters that you should learn to adapt too, since monsters in the future will move just as fast and will be even more potent.
that or just play with a ranged weapon if you re really struggling. hes mince meat for good hammer users
cant wait to read the threads about people killing themselves on bazelgeuse bombs because "omg the controls are so ♥♥♥♥ in this game"
I was about to say this. lol
Welcome to Monster Hunter. Huge hitboxes are the least of your problems as a hunter.
GIT
GUD
Or when you get slapped around by an angry Pink Rathian doing its spinning tail attack three times in a row.
Or when you die to Xeno'Jiiva and then head back to the boss arena only to be land inside his beam attack and get instantly killed with no chance of survival.
Or when Nergigante stuns you then rears back and does his pounce-punch-slam attack that always KO's you no matter how much you pray to Satan.
Etc etc etc.
Anjanath is the first of many walls you'll face. Enjoy the struggle, because you'll miss it when it's gone.
I think you just need more practice.
i mean ...
nergi is kinda like upper left check. if you can stay there in the whole fight you ll never get it by anything lol
Then once you get to HR 49 and MUST face Tempered Kirin in order to achieve HR 50, have fun with that quest as well.
Enjoy the ArcTemp Monsters too, they'll be "fun." lol. Lastly, Behemoth when the PC gets him, will be without a doubt the most difficult monster to fight (for me not hard anymore but only because he has a one-hit AoE that can kill you anywhere on the map).
Their is going to be A Lot of Rage within this game from people and I will guarantee we'll get a lot of threads with complaints about (Insert Monster) being too hard.
To the OP once again, Practice makes Perfect. Keep trying and you'll get it.
