Is there any PVP, Or is it only PVE game, I havent bought this game yet but, When i look at some streams they just kill monsters, Might be a weird question but, Would be thankful for answers ;)

You've never played monster hunter before, have you. There is no PVP. As the game states, you hunt Monsters. You dont hunt Hunters.

PvE only, unless you consider tripping PvP :)

The closest thing we have to PvP is arm wrestling up in the Gathering Hub.
