Xbox Controller is not working - Monster Hunter Worls PC

In case your Xbox Controller not working... Deinstall FRAPS and it will work...
or go to: Steam/Settings/Controller/GeneralSettings/Enable Xbox/PS4

i have the same problem but it's just my x button not working on my xbox one controller any help would be appreciated

Thanks much! I don't use an XBox gamepad, but it stopped working when I loaded up game which is strange cause it worked before. I didn't think it was Fraps causing it but it is. Gamepad doesn't work at all if Fraps is running when you load up game but once it's loaded, you can then load up Fraps. I sure don't want to play this game with KM+Mouse.
