they should rename it to Native resolution though.
Yea it's not very clear or defined. It's odd they went that way. Usually Resolution Scaling is default to 100% or off from there.
How do you know for certain that high is off? I would like to turn it off as well.
eye test really,
We don't know until Capcom defines this. I suspect "High" is Supersampled at 4X which is the most common. For all we know it could really be 2x.
You might be able to disable via .ini.
