You get the samurai layered, stickers, shuriken throwing and sumo slapping emote, a nipponese top knot hairstyle, and some tattoo. If you don't care about any of that, then no.

ITs cosmetic and capable of being worn over the armor you wear normally. so there is that benifit, but if you aren't a monster hunter fan and want to see if the game is for you, i wouldn't recomend it if you're questioning the purchase, and even if you are a big fan, it's not really worth it unless you like having all the bells and whistles in your games. theyre all cosmetic.
