Bounty GL Slay flying wyvern doesn't work

Any idea to fix? Bug? Wrong description?

Sure you didnt capture? Worked for me but have to actually kill the target.

It's a Guiding Lands bounty. You need to kill a Flying Wyvern inside the Guiding Lands region. Slay is usually for Elder Dragons, also. Hunt is for regular monsters, it would specify "Capture" if you absolutely had to capture it though, but you can capture something and it will still count for a "Hunt" instead.

You should head on over to your Guiding Lands and lure a Flying Wyvern of some kind, Rathalos is ideal I guess. Doesn't need to be Tempered. Then beat it up and capture it for good measure - the bounty should complete when you've done that.

If it doesn't though, then yeah it's a bug for sure.

I captured Legiana in GL and it didn't count, then I slayed Legiana in GL and it did count.

Capturing is not slaying, you must kill a flying wyvern to finish that daily.

Yes, but the capture still works when it is not a GL bounty.

So, the bounty specifies "Slay" instead of the usual "Hunt"? I never paid much attention, just automatically assumed. I guess Guiding Lands bounties are in fact different from the run of the mill regular ones which are typically "X Wyvern Hunt" and "X Wyvern Capture" then, eh?

Well, if it specifies Slay then it absolutely has to die then. Fantastic!

It's possible you hunted something that wasn't a Flying Wyvern? What did you kill? Some of the designations are really weird, like I would consider Tigrex a "Brute" but he's Flying because of his tiny webbed arm wings. I'd consider Paolumu a "Bird" because he has similar wings to Pukei (who is a Bird Wyvern) and also sheds feathers in his tracks, but instead he's a Flying Wyvern...so it's weird!
