Best dual blades builds with health boost 3?
All the build sites seem to be listing the meta sets with max dps at all costs but I hate getting one shot and I'm looking for a more comfy build so:

What's the best way to build dual blades with health boost 3, 1 health augment (other augments can be anything) and either razor sharp OR masters touch+100% affinity as I don't want to rely on protective polish?

Given the way elemental damage works I know I'll need a set for each element so what do I buil with the above conditions in mind?

your build is what the average redditor thinks is a good build

3 Piece Teo with 2 Piece Velkhana is what you want. You should be able to fit in at least 2 to 3 health boost decos depending on the weapon. Don't bother going health augment in my opinion since those 3 slots are better used for 2 more elemental augments. Skills that help your stamina management isn't really necessary for DBs since you are supposed to be leaving Demon mode during your combos, also dash juice should be enough.

Here's something I use against monsters weak to fire that incorporates the Wyvern Strife weapon line. I'm upgrading to Wyvern Strife as soon I as get access to Goldian and Silverlos.

It's not a great build but it works reliably enough. Hunts are fast and relatively safe, so long as I keep my wits about me. I bet you could swap out for a different weapon and replace my charm there with a razor sharp charm and the build would still work well enough.

Sure it needs more elemental damage, but its not bad otherwise. Could it be better? Sure. But its perfectly serviceable.

i run a latent power, divine prot secret set for myself. probably more optimally would be a masters touch hasten recovery set. maybe super recovery. possibly poison duration up if your using gold rath DBs. but in either case you want the base set to have masters touch or you'll eat away sharpness like crazy.

Just use the meta builds and replace agitator or crit eye or razor sharp charm with HB3 and you're probably good. You lose out on too much damage running MT builds instead of the correct elemental ones cause of TCE.

oh right Crit element. thats the two piece that i run for damage. TCE is primarily for nothing but damage with minimal amounts of survival on it. its gonna be a lot easier to run when Safi drops though.

It’s literally got 60%? Affinity on a crit element build that doesn’t have maxed out element.
Hmm, looking at the options it seems like it may be better to just wait for Safi to come out and use an awakening for the set bonus.

I hadn't realised Safi was out next week, there's no real point building all the dual blade sets only for them to be obsolete in a week.

I'm gonna wait and just build the Safi sets later instead.

Safi only invalidates weapons, not armor.

My more defensive oriented build. The charms and weapons can be switched for the element you want. Its aiming for TCE, but will not use item prolonger and sharp jewel.

Yea most "full damage meta" builds have some points of agitator you can swap for defense decos like HB3.

I'd swap agitator off before touching other crit related skills, since having high crit chance + master's touch is the best way to keep your dps up in a fight IMO.

armor is not going to change with safi, only the actual dual blades

also safi is not going to be here until the 19th
on the 12th we're likely just going to get the recon practice quest for a week like consoles did and the siege isn't going to actually start until the 19th

Normally I just stick Silverlos and prot polish and call it a day.
