my build give 2 set bonuses 1 element crit and also incresed element damage from continuislly attacking then just slot in the deco's you have that help
Here's something I use against monsters weak to fire that incorporates the Wyvern Strife weapon line. I'm upgrading to Wyvern Strife as soon I as get access to Goldian and Silverlos.
It's not a great build but it works reliably enough. Hunts are fast and relatively safe, so long as I keep my wits about me. I bet you could swap out for a different weapon and replace my charm there with a razor sharp charm and the build would still work well enough.
I hadn't realised Safi was out next week, there's no real point building all the dual blade sets only for them to be obsolete in a week.
I'm gonna wait and just build the Safi sets later instead.

Yea most "full damage meta" builds have some points of agitator you can swap for defense decos like HB3.
I'd swap agitator off before touching other crit related skills, since having high crit chance + master's touch is the best way to keep your dps up in a fight IMO.
armor is not going to change with safi, only the actual dual blades
also safi is not going to be here until the 19th
on the 12th we're likely just going to get the recon practice quest for a week like consoles did and the siege isn't going to actually start until the 19th
