How do I get that ability/skill emote?

What is it? And how do I ged it?

You need to clear Behemoth (repel) special assignment.
It's part of the Final Fantasy collaboration and quest line.

If you've done a Behemoth run before, it has an attack where you should hide behind a rock or use that gesture to dodge said attack. Otherwise it is unblockable and you will cart.

No, never beated, just tried once, solo, but got oneshot xD

If you do not mind spoiling the fight for yourself, I'd recommend watching some youtube vids to get familiar with the mechanic of the Behemoth fight.
And try to fire or join SoS, it's difficult and annoying to solo.

I can't block it even with the super shield of the lance? You know, when the char is on it's knees and the shield start to glow blue?

you just need to do the repel quest for the behemoth to get the emote, you have 8 free cart for it
also the behemoth does have just 20%? of it's hp

but be warned, you only get rid of the Final Fantasy Music if you beat the following Quest, where you need to slay the Behemoth
