i find it weird even i set it to default, the skin color isnt matching with the head's skin color. its noticeable on the neck part

I just use the hunter head piece, the one with the scarf and goggles. Covers the neck without covering too much of the face, at least on girls.

It's a lazy design choice from capcom as there is a mod who correct the skin color to use the same you set on char creation while making the clothing (or swimsuit/wathever) the parts you pick the color.

The downside is that you may appear to the others as a freak if you use odd tones.
