What is Lock and Unlock option in Handler's Costume option?

It prevents your Handler's costume from changing automatically whenever there's a festival or something.

Exactly what it says on the tin. When seasonal events roll around, and you enter the specific Gathering Hubs for the first time during whatever seasonal, (there's one for the Celestial Pursuit and one for the Lunar Terrace) the Handler will automatically equip the relevant seasonal outfit. The lock / unlock option allows you to ensure she remains in whatever outfit you prefer, especially handy if you're using a DLC one.

Shame there isn't one for Poogie, as far as I know. There will never be a better costume for him than Bacon Behemoth, stop changing him into generic dregs every event, Capcom!
