Spawn Normal monster in grinding land

I needed Fatal Rendclaw material from normal odogaron. The problem is I keep getting tempered one when lured it. Is there a way to make lured a normal one?

Do you have both vale and coral at 5+? You can meld regular odo items if you've gotten his drops at least once.

Just go to the elder melder, you can meld the normal fatal rendclaws from the tempered ones 1:1.

Lower your rotten or Coral levels, join someone else who has low level, or kill tempered and meld the normal parts.

Lower the level of the region by talking to the handler in expedition or join another person's guiding lands who is looking for those parts at a lower region level. Or keep luring and hope it eventually spawns regular? That's all I can think of.

Once ur Coral Highlands and/or Rotten Vale becomes lvl 5^, its all tempereds
