Can anyone tell me why I did not get the Razor Sharp Charm?

I have checked the blacksmith inventory twice.

I have sorted my charms to see if it is in my list.

I talked to the handler after completing the purrfect light iron quest.

I double checked the acidic glavenus quest optional to make sure it was completed.

Still no charm?

its not gotten trough the smithy. you must talk to the cat vendor that handles safaris in order to obtain the rewardcharms from this quest series. they should have a questionmark. if you captured the acid glavenus you will recice the charm from the cat vendor afterwards by talking to it and then hell even grant you another quest of the series afterwards.

if you run any mods i wont promise any of the above works correctly. in that case you might have botched your game.

As soon as you complete the purrfect light iron, the housekeeper in Seliana should have 2 new dialogues for you. The first will give the razor sharp charm, the second will give the next purrfect room quest.

i even talked to him a 2nd time and the cat outside at the vending hut thing.... i went back and double checked the smithy and there is no option to craft it....

and yes i beat the purrfect lightroom quest with the acidic glavenus capture quest and even double checked it was done and talked to the palico in the house and the one outside in seliana twice and still nothing. I got the other charm but not the spare shot one wtf.

MR not high enough and theres a few Optional quests u need to do before u can actually talk to the cat inside ur Room

yea there must be some hidden gate, i am MR 79, the wiki is so weak for this game. This can be the only explanation. The wiki says simply do the quest but I don't think this is true. I did the quest it asked and didn't get it.

Not sure how i get it but i have it because i've been capturing all monster in story and doing almost every optional...

You should get it immediately after beating acidic glav quest and talking to housekeeper cat.

I want to say check your inventory again because it's possible you may have missed it.
Be thorough and go through each charm.

It's an unlisted reward for the room decoration chain. Purrfect room: light iron. If you have done that quest you should be able to talk to the cat at the desk outside in seliana and get the charm.

If not, then it could be gated like people are saying.
