Is the Colorful Carnival event quest the fastest way to lvl up currently?
The quest can be finished in 15 minutes and it gives a lot of xp. Almost filled the whole bar. (im lvl 66 MR)

Aside from an exploit in Guiding Lands that wuld require you to have a friend that allows you to leech, yes.

It is. It's a fun one to just destroy monsters. I blew a groups mind when I prepped cannons and aimed at gate to get free damage as soon as the pukei pukeis spawn. You can easily get 8min clears without speedrunning like meta gear.
