Would you care to explain your stance with words?
He has the mechanic of some monsters where if you eat or block one tick of a hit, you avoid the rest. (Beam for example)
This can cause inconsistencies potentially.
Yeah. Once he starts an attack, he'll keep going, and that's fair. I saw him actively start up attacks that couldn't hit either me or my cat no matter how hard he could turn though. Literally attacking the wrong direction, and I think he should be a bit better about attacking where I am and not the air since it's kinda weird to watch him decide he really, really wants to pummel this particular wall right now.
I killed him first time through with just one cart (He got me after a successful Iai SS counter). He's not actually all that hard, but he doesn't feel well designed, and being the same as earlier editions doesn't help. We all know the tales of Plesioth's quantum hipcheck.
Also it just feels weird for him to do his backhop attack when there's nothing behind him and just hump a wall with it. He's a high speed melee aggressor, having him hump a wall with his butt while you get free damage on his face is kinda out-of-character.
Even when you wound a part you won't deal that much more damage. It's one of the main reason why I hate him.
Tbh, that makes me happy. I'm a little tired of Loyal Thunder HBG Spread Meta and it's nice to have stuff where that just plain doesn't work.
