resident evil layered armor?

how do you unlock this? i can only find the armor sets but theres no layered options

The layered version is not part of today's update.

There isn't a layered variant of the Leon and Claire sets right now, they might add them in future with a harder version of the event though.

You don't. Not even consoles have it, so it's yet to be seen when or if we get a layered version (layered is pretty likely to happen, tho)
