Yes, but at your own risk. Should you use bad mods that corrupt your save file that's entirely on you. Capcom will not help you.

The only thing Capcom will apparently ban you for is if you mod in items/armor/layered armor into your game that you did not purchase. For example, giving yourself the Silver Knight or Yukumo layered armors when you did not purchase/pre-order Iceborne.

there are a lot of mods available for MHW, but if you mean the policy allows it? idk, i mean capcom just said "do whatever with your game, but the risk in on your own"

Yes. But just to make sure, not all people may like players who using mods and mods that's not "properly" made or used may break your game, up to bricking your save game and that is your own responsibility.

There are people out there who really sentimental to mods user just like how there are modder community and even the MHW hub has workshop forum.

yes, but if mods get you stuff you didn't purchase or not available in-game yet, you might get axed.
everything else should be fine, but if they break your game, capcom won't help you, so backup your save file first

Dont come back here crying if your character gets deleted or you get softbanned for being mistaken as cheat engine or any form of altering game itself. No Capcom nor Steam employee will try to hear your explaining or reasoning. Once you get unlucky, you are plain dead meat.

Save delete are old save format from before Kulve Tarroth updates
No softban either since they don't have actual anti-cheat system, the only thing their "anti-cheat" do is hogging CPU resources and crash your game if it detect cheats < Which is useless as hell, as it's already get bypassed few hour later of the update and now removed

- U can use Mods without getting Ban / and DO NOT use it to Oneshot or lower monster HP while u join other S0S ( Or u will see lot of Posts crying about Cheater )
- Mods from Nexus, some of them can messed up ur save Data
- Read all the mod description and know wut u doing.

Insofar as mods go, use 'em, abuse 'em, just don't annoy others with them, I.E don't brag about transmog in threads discussing the lack of layered armour, don't use mods to make the game easier then av a giggle m8 because someone else is struggling, and most importantly of all, if
/ when Capcom updates something that bricks your entire save or simply corrupts your mods until someone patches 'em for you, don't make threads complaining or whining about it!
