were is the option to craft claire and leon as layered, man do i really need to wait for at elders till its official release?

Where is the tyrant handler? Did Capcom ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up on pc because festival confilicts with the resident evil event?
I found no option to wear the tyrant outfit instead of the alien suit.

Why do i need mr materials to craft hr layered armors...?

i love the zombification during the vaal quest.

thx. imo, Tyrant's too ugly to pay for tho :/
