Would you suggest exhaust on HH ? it used to be THE exhaust weapon. Haven't played around with it in this game
I haven't used the Drain (exhaust) decos in my sets, but i'm sure the skill is viable.
I also had a support build with all the fast food+wide range+ ect bonuses.
You can get crit eye +7, crit boost +3, wex +3, stamina drain +5 (savage stamina drain secret), and still have some empty slot. I don't think attack boost is that good anymore, it's better to put defensive skill or handicraft instead.
It's not that strong compared to the boring set above and it's considered as meme build, but at least it's my original build and if you play as a female character, she's gonna looks like a sadistic person.
if you want a decent comfy set, Gold rath belt and boots as your starter, then any combo of a 3 piece or two piece set you think you could make use of, make sure divine prot is at 5 and health boost is at 3, add damage from there.
i see sets like this all the time and they die to the silliest of things if they had just more buffer for when they get hit.
edit: additional thought, attack up large is great and all, but dont neglect getting horns with wind pressure negate and earplugs, or affinity s + health s. stam reduction L and stun immunity are also pretty great abilities as well when joining a mission people typically cart for poor reasons.
after watching my friend who is an agressive HH user, Slugger secret and maxing out for KO is hillarious, you get about 2 min gaps between KO if you run HH right.
nah better play SnS than
Ftfy.
I generally like to join random SOS to help out, so yes. The anti-stun and such are god-tier
Instead amplify what the horn does and pick the horn that you wish to use. If you want to heal your teammates, look for a horn with health recovery M or H, if you wish to buff your teammates with increased damage or health, look for a horn that does that. Do not pick up a support weapon that you tug away to use other, otherwise inaccessible, support skills; that is just not how support weapons work. If you wish to use wide range and chug items, you're better off with SnS which doesn't need to sheathe, or LBG which has the ammo types and sheathes quickly enough.
For hunting horn you will want to amplify what the horn does: buffs (horn maestro), stun (KO jewels) and exhaust (exhaust jewels). You can add jewels for any status effects on your horn and get the equipment to use those status effects. Otherwise build for health boost 3 and maximum affinity like the rest (crits give 25% + 5%*boost extra damage, which is further amplified towards stun for any KO jewels you got equipped), the horn does the supporting; hence it's a support weapon.
