does anyone know what ♥♥♥♥♥♥ part to break to get it to drop or when you can make them at the elder melder because ive fought so many of these damn ice ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and cant get one to drop.
im at the seething bazelguse but havent killed it yet

The chance is still very low though, you better off with investigation with many gold box instead

^What he/she said, get investigations with lots of gold rewards, then sever the tail and cave Velkhana's face in for extra chances.

^ While breaking the head and cutting off the tail doesn't hurt, you're better off fishing for investigations.
