yes you can, i recomend you to use low settings.
u can run it for sure, i run it on medium settings amd fx 4300 (little bit better than ur cpu) and a gtx960 2gb

A8, isn´t that an AMD APU? Yeah, don't even try it.

Current spac will do the job. But I recommend you to buy gtx1060ti or gtx1070ti when its price go down more later.

That CPU is going to be a big bottleneck, with everything low/off and res turned down you might get 30, but expect fps dips below that in fights.

Yes
i play on ryzen 3 and 1050 on my low budget build at relatively higher settings

I played the game for 500 hours on PS4 at deliciously cinematic 24-26 FPS.
Not that relevant to the thread but just throwing it out there that 25-30 is still playable for low spec PCs.

there's a guy on youtube who benchmarked the game with the same specs and he has around 35-50 fps at high settings so you should be fine. Just make sure you disable the volume rending quality, it eat a lot of fps and it looks like ♥♥♥♥.

I didn't mean to sound rude, but this is a game that features a very tight and organic combat system and you really want to have solid framerate to truly enjoy it (at the very least rock solid 30).

Have you consider getting a PS4 instead of spending too much money on PC hardware?

seriously though why does no one use can i run it anymore or do most people just not know about it these days, so much easier then bugging people without giving all the required info since each pc can be widely different even with similar parts

https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri (pretty sure it use to go by canirunit.com might be remembering wrong but it looks like the right site)

you just search the game you want to run, it will tell you min reqs and then you can go a step futher and download the detection app which looks at your specs and tells you if you can or not
