Report a translation problem
Every 20 minutes, spend 20 seconds looking at something at least 20 feet away.
You can also pick up special "sunglasses" that help reduce eye strain (they're usually a yellow tint, made to block out excessive blue light).
Also check you monitor settings, make sure your RGB levels are right, your contrast/brigtness is set properly, and make sure you are not sitting too close to the screen.
I'd recommend trying to turn both off to see if it makes things easier on your eyes.
