How to farm Behemoth for FFXIV armor?

I seem to get killed a lot at the latest quest for Behemoth so I am having a hard time getting the armor for it. Is there an easy way?

Use a mod to make him weak, or equip your palico with plunderblade and hope it steals something nice.

none of the items are rare, so you can get them quickly even from fails. But the plunderblade method is the fastest for certain.

You'll need to break horns, claw, and tails to get them. Everything else can be plundered. Luckily you can get those even if you fail so just do a few runs with randoms.

Myself and others posted solo guides here on Steam and Reddit in the last few days.

You can look them up.

But basically it amounts to

1..Plunder Blade on Palico.
2. Sleep him under the falling rocks.
3. Place bombs on part you want to break
4. Drop the rock on Behemoth to wake.
5. Run around with Tempral mantle spamming Plunderblade on Palico until you get bored or die twice (if die see 7 below)
6 When your bored Cluster spam and sticky until Transitions to area 2. Should be quick if you dropped both rocks.
7. RETURN FROM QUEST do not abandon.

Takes about 30mins to 1Hour to get all the parts you need for the armor.

Only thing you won't get is the Dragon Soul Kinsect for Insect Glaive as thay requires you to comeplete the Special Assignment.

This also unlocks the Behemoth Option Quest.
