Behemoth Weapons?

So the only weapon for this monster are insect glaives, and an armour set about the same as Kts
man seems like a lot of trouble, for nothing for me, i really only use longsword, duel blades, and sometimes bow, and ive already got a fully augmented Kt set, so why would i bother,
I have gotten to the part where you go after him for the final fight, but am wondering if i want too?

Think his armor is used in most speed-run builds, at least a few pieces of it. Though, not entirely sure. In terms of just straight damage it's probably the best.

Kulve armor and Drachen armor serve different purposes. For damage the Drachen set is by far the best option and most weapons can benefit from it at least in some way. So yes, it's most definitely worth it.. You don't even have to kill Behemoth for the parts, you can farm them all off with a bowgun with zero effort in under an hour.

Between all the crit skills and deco slots the Drachen set is good, if you're into those kind of builds.

The fact that the only weapon you can get from him is an Insect Glaive is the most disapointing thing for me.

I have an IG using friend who's overwelming happy about it, and I'm happy for him cause the weapon and armor fits into his playstyle so perfectly, but as a Hunting Horn user I feel left out. You'd think they would have at least made a Great Sword or Gunlance FF based weapon as well.

Drachen is not even remotely close to KT armor set in any possible aspect. But feel free to use a set that's 10 times weaker if you like.

Dragoon set is THE very best raw DPS set in the whole game, which also works great with elemental glaives.
But its a pure DPS monkey set with zero defensive skills, so you'd better be good if you want to use it.

Kulve set can be built in a couple of things as is much more flexible, it also got good synergy with multiple Kulve weapons with locked elements.

for dps, nothin beats drachen set, kt is good if you need awakening, but not the full set imo.

True endgame is Fashion Hunter, and KT EASILY CRUSHES Drachen.

if your an IG user, Drachen is a pure DPS set - Kulve is trash in comparison. I love the Drachen set for GS as well.

You must not be playing the same game as us if you think kt armor is the same as behemoth. Did you mod your game so that kt armor is drachen armor?

Unless you are a purely ranged player then Drachen is the meta. Nothing else beats it right now.
