Lunastra Teo duo fight
Me and 2 friends have been trying this fight for 7 hours with no progress, it is just a complete and utter cluster ♥♥♥♥ of spam and ♥♥♥♥ hitboxes. What the hell am I meant to do against them when dung pods and flash pods dont work. Any tips?

If there are only 3 of you maby sumon another person to help you.
Its also not a hunt recomended for people who dont have endgame gear.
I also recomend you take down teostra first seing as he is considerably easier to kill.

In the end the msot impotant thing is jsut playng good avoding atacks and stayng alive.
I also recomend you all bring Firerproof mantles or Temporal mantles and that you all get amor or decorations whit wide range skill.
Its more or less the meta now to have wide skill vs endgame.
Also dont forget cool drinks.

Run
Fireproof and temporal mantles are probably the best for this case, also run a fire res x3 deco and a windproof deco -- a life saver for that annoying wind pressure nova luna. If youre running a weapon with a shield, put guard up on and you can block those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fire puddles oh and cool drinks too.

Edit: you can flash luna too to force her supernova, but before that make sure youre far from her. Otherwise, DO NOT flash her when she's flying(unless she already used her nova). Rule of thumb: 2 roars before she casts her nova, unless you let her charge dat move where she runs then stay static for like 2-3 secs

Fireproof, focus on one monster, use range or cc. Take your time, it's not a race, Lunastra's elder buff is less unkind to range so depending on your comp your primary target may vary.

You can also catch the attention of one of them juuuuusttt on the border of the zone, and lure Teostra or Lunastra to the next zone while the spouse stays on the previous zone none the wiser.

it's definately harder than Tempered Luna alone...

a few recommendations for the fight
-flashes still work on Teo, you can flash him in one area and travel to another to have him not chase you, but it may or may not work. If it gets enraged, it will probably not work at all

-fight them together long enough, and usually one will leave alone. If Teo reaches full power and starts bonding with Luna, usually Luna will leave.

-have everyone have some level of wide range (2-3 will have a pretty good radius) and consume an Astera Jerky (it's instand red heal effect always gives 100% effect to other players) when you or a friend loses health from Luna's flares (it won't work if the redbar dissapears from an attack, make sure you and your friends look for a shake effect. If a shake effect happens on a player's health bar, they lost a significant portion of regeneration, if it was a small impact, the jerky is useless, heal with something else)

-you can avoid the heatwave entirely if you are far enough away. But if you can't run or are too close, instantly sheath the moment you see the wave coming. Avoid the initial wind wave by diving. Try to stay away from any purple flames left on the ground. Keep spamming dive if you are able. If you get knocked from a flame, stay on the floor. You'll be immune as long as you are down. If you managed to stay up or stand up before it's over, avoid the final wind wave with a dive.
Heal afterwards as normal, or use an Astera Jerky if you managed to successfully avoid all of the flame brushes.
You can also use the health booster to bruteforce through the heatwave. If you have wind resistance or super armor from your weapon as well as a health regen augment, you might even be able to just keep wailing the monster while it throws out the wave.

-Teostra will not be aggresive to you until you hit it (it may be provoked if Luna is in the same area, you could successfully drag luna away). Try to exploit this to do as much damage to Luna first.

-if you see any blue smoulder on the ground, do your best to get yourself and luna away from it. Any flames will turn it into a firepatch. If a heavy flame hits even a small smoulder, it will turn into a flame patch AND brush fire instantly (which is what leads to surprise fire explosions you don't really notice until they hit you)
You can put out flames with crystalburst or barrel bombs (small ones might even work, haven't tried it)
but it's best to let them burn out and just move luna out of the flames since crystalburst and gunpowder can be limited. All of her fireblast attacks are fairly short range. Realize her ground circular fire hardly even gets half of her own length off of her.

-watch out for Luna's LOOOONG furry tail

-just don't flash Luna ever (it can trigger the heatwave early)

there's a ton more, but that's most of the things I do to help with Luna in general.

Maybe you could ask someone from the forums to help you? Me and my wife just helped some dude through it who literally just finished the story. Afterwards you can use the temporal mantle for it, which is kinda broken op.

Play Glaive and Lunastra will look a puppy. She has insane ground attacks, plus all the fire and crap, with the Glaive you are flying all the time.

... and the wings are a critic point of this vermin, so win win.
