Missing Completed Quests

After completing the quests "A potents of Disaster" and "Blaze in the sand", they disappeared from my optional quests, now I think it's making me unable to get the "White winds in the new world" quest, Help PLS

Did you host them or did you complete them through other people?

finished them solo, I always solo optional quests

Working as intended. Those two quests will reappear randomly as you complete other quests / investigations.

Ehh?? they're like the arena quests?? I never remembered them to be like that before..I'll check I guess

Can you show which 8* optional quests you completed (assuming that's the quest level you're missing)?

well I've proved @Nine theory correct now, it does randomly appear, I guess I'm just missing some sort of 6/7* arena quests so it's why my White winds quest won't appear, but I never realized that these quests were like this before, truth be told

The rank with no or only blue complete sign is missing some quests.

I thought you actually knew how to tell which quest level you completed. Star levels where nothing's missing will show the "completed" message in orange, while for star ranks where there are still missing quests it will be shown in blue.
