Report a translation problem
I contacted the capcom support for it and as of now they are still working on the issue.
Maybe try the same to get the issue fixed?
It would at least let them know that something is wrong with the game to fix it in future patches.
How to solve this issue? Use new save file. If it works then your current one is trashed. If it doesn't work then just uninstalled the game, buy a ps4 or xbox, buy monster hunter world, play.
got the game about two weeks ago after having played it for ages on ps4.
It was running fine until the winter festival happened.

Right now, I'm finally playing OK. I updated the graphics card driver once more and it's working fine until now. Doesn't take the fact that it was strange.
