Light and Heavy Bowgun....skins?

So watching a video on the comparisons between the light and heavy bowguns and the guy in the video is showing off a bunch of really cool variants, but then I can't find them online and figure out how to get them so I am wondering. Are they skins? Video is here:

The Light bow gun I am looking at in the video looks like a giant red single barrel shotgun. And the heavy looks like a green dragon design. Like a Eastern Dragon.

So are these skins or are they in the game?

Was looking at this Wikia starting on the Light Bowgun tree but so far I can't find anything about the shot gun looking one so I am guessing I will have the same issue with the dragon looking one.

Other then the light bowgun you linked (the Karma) the Dark Devourer looks a bit odd in color. In the video it's green, but in the wiki you linked it's more grey or black. Is the green one a different variant?

It's not a variant. The difference in color can be attributed to different color saturation levels from two different sources.
