servers are crap??

atleast once or twice a day i get an error while doing multiplayer quest and everybody goes offline and im left dealing with 2-3 monsters all by myself and die every damn time... why is this? are the servers this crap or what?

If you disconnecting 1-2 times during whole day is "bad servers", then I'd recommend you to play Diablo 3 on hardcore mode on Blizzard servers.
If you are getting dc more often than that, then you might look in to your own connection.
Can't say for others, but I get 1 dc in, maybe, 2-3 days, or even a week.

I play 35-40 hours a week (Steam reports 69.2 hours in the past 2 weeks), and most of it is this game. This is basically my second job. If there was a server reset every day, I'm certain a lot more people would be complaining about it.

That sounds more like a forced router restart if you ask me.

I would suggest thats more a problem on your end.
Or a problem of Packet loss, have you checked your traffic already?

The game reacts pretty alergic to alt+tab or shift+tab, when you don't do that it's very stable.

i dont alt tab and i dont even have a router my pc is hooked up directly onto my modem and theres no internet problems what so ever ive checked. everything seems fine on my end thats why i thaught maybe it was server problem... :S

It's probably something with the Lunastra patch. Everything was fine and disconnects where rare before it. Now, every other multiplayer quest disconnects. I dont think it's a problem in your end. The patch is causing it, maybe something with denuvo, I've heard, that fricks up the CPU usage and DC people. Since my computer is just a low/mid tier it affects me.

No disconnect issues here whether it's on my poopy PC or good PC. Today is Tuesday though so Steam does its weekly friend network reset which d/cs everyone.
