Azure Starlord

I saw someone using Azure Starlord long sword when i was farming investigations. I checked the event schedule and did not see anything regarding the USJ event. So is it live on pc? or is it just some mods? If the answer is yes, can a japanese person(pc) host the quest for another pc user? I saw this from a website.

The title of the weapon that i saw was "Azure Starlord..." something. I thought transmog change only the appearance? If they use all in one shop, that means the event had been lived on pc at least once? How come no one talks about it? so confusing, my mind is going crazy

Apparently Azure Starlord armor has been added in the game files with Luna update (you can craft it if you get the Starlord gem with a mod), which means we might be getting it some time in the near future.

What he means was that they modded their copy of the game to 'unlock' content that's within the game files but that hasn't been released for public consumption.
