So the skill from the weapon is the same as the one in the augmentation? Because i thought that the skill of the ruin ( the nergigante one) was another skill and not the same as the augmentation health regen. In that case i would go with sharpness.
That said, if memory serves..someone answered a post here and it was another 5 percent..or 5 or something? it was a small increase.
I'll redirect you here for more information about nerg's skill:

The skill, overall, is pretty useless, especially if you already use a health augment on your weapons. So you'd be better off with the jiva version, and using a health augment.
That post was really useful, ty. I guess its not worth it on duals so i will go with the sharpness. I use a set of 3 vaal hazak for the auto regen skill and deco with recovery speed and recovery up, with earplugs 5. And for weapon a insect glaive with health regen, so basically i tank everything just attacking and all the hp just doesnt go down ever, i dont use potions anymore. I want to do the same with duals and i thought that with the recovery skill would be more usefull, but it seems the heal is kind of bad so will go with the augment only.
