how do i use master craftsman blueprint?

ive gotten 3 master craftsman blueprint but idk where to use them

Theyre used to create the wyvern ignition GreatSword, Go to the smith to use it

but theres no option there

are completely new and have never forged a weapon?

no but after i press forge i cant see an option to build weapons where i have to use the tickets

The ticket is a material, like a monster part. Go to your Greatsword forge menu and look around until you see the Wyvern Ignition Greatsword.

oh it might because you don't have the materials to forge it if you're not far enough in the game to obtain them. it shows a question mark until you >> have all necessary materials<< before showing you weapon and allowing you to make it.

the other thing that would prevent you is if you're not in high rank to craft rarity 6 to 8 weapons which the build option for the weapon would not be there. though in this case im not sure what you need to complete since the first forge for the weapon is rarity 4.
