A Visitor from Eorzea missing in Optional Quests

I'm pretty sure I didn't complete this quest, because I still don't have the FFVIX jump emote. But for some reason, it disappeared from my Optional Quests list, although the Behemoth (Extreme) version is in the Events quest list.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug because everyone I know (who has completed the quest) has the quest but not me. And it sucks because I can't make the quest and party up to beat it without someone making it for me.

Anyone else have this problem? It is actually pretty annoying tbh.

I have completed the quest where I had to kill Kulu with the crystal.

I did them all. I even failed the quest several times in the past (not intentionally). Maybe I have to talk to them again...? I'll try now.

[Edit] Never mind I know where I went wrong. I confused "A Legendary Beast" with "A Visitor from Eorzea". So what I thought I failed several times was actually "A Legendary Beast".

The quest doesn't say I gotta repel/slay Behemoth so I just overlooked it as another random quest. Haha. Never mind then, case closed.

the optional only appears after you succesfully finished the apecial assignment

Oops, Doko posted before I finished my edit. Anyway.

I found out my mistake when I talked to Serious Handler and she told me to take "A Legendary Beast". That's when it hit me lol...
