When does Feystone melding unlock?

I've seen some people metion using the Melding Pot to get Feystones, When does this Unlock? And when does the Targeted Melding Unlock more Jewels too? I've not see anything past the Elemental attack in a long time.

The melding to get feystones is called the First Wyverian Ritual. I believe it unlocks when you get a streamstone from beating Land of Convergence. For decorations you can't meld the more rare/useful decos so don't expect to get much more in that department.

thats all the jewels that unlock also keep playing the game they will unlock later on. I dont know where you are in the game but you wont need to do melding till you get to endgame.
