Runs fine for me chief. And I technically don't even meet the minimum requirements. Maybe uninstall that bitcoin miner on your 1070?

But it is poorly optimized. With an i7 processor, and a gtx 1060, I still get a tiny bit of frame drops here and there(ancient forest is the main offender). Don't get me wrong, it plays smoothly, but if it was optimized well, there wouldn't be frame drops at all.

The min requirement card has an Average G3D Mark of 5k, MX 110 is 1586
So no it's not even close the min req

Intel Core i-5-7200U 2,5 Ghz
4GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 930MX 2GB

And I can run the game pretty smooth on 30fps (lowest settings) with occasional shuttering and slow loading. Already played 200+ and no problem beyond that.

Considering the minimum requirements are for 1080, and even then are pretty inaccurate? Nah, man.
