Does Feylne Carver even work?

I've use it twice with vouchers and only ever carved a monster the same amount as I always can.

Afaik it's just a chance, imo not worth it to waste your vouchers on this, if it's not an elder capture it and you either match or get more chances that you would if felyne procced, if it's an elder imo this isn't worth it.

just a chance. you need it to be (Hi) to be actually get a chance besides its not worth. inves with the voucher before you enter the quest + legi blessing is more worth

I've tried it 5 times and got no extra carves every time. Either rng is being mean again, or the chance is just that bad.

Use your vouchers on Lucky Cat, the brew works quite often if you got all of the ale's and wine's unlocked.
