lump of meat not respawning

i delivered 3 about 2 weeks ago when game came out now i cant find any at all in that area how do i get to deliver more

1. It might only be there while the mission is active.
2. You might have to have odogaron drag it there.

how do i lure him into his lair

You don't. He does it himself, eventually.
What you do is stay away so you don't trigger combat instead.
You let him do his thing.
You stop other monsters from attacking in.

More importantly... if your not in the quest, why do you want lumps? The points are easier to get from the wyvern egg in the wastes.
